At Extended Families, we help organize and invite individuals and their support staff into the community to join inclusive social and sport activities for all abilities. We focus on building confidence, independence and social skills while honoring each individual’s unique strengths and goals with fun engaging group games and activities.

We can also assist with providing an individual with their own support staff that will assist them while in community.

Currently we are working with individuals apart of the California Self Determination Program (SDP).
